Memorial service for family, congregation and other Presbyterians will be held 11 a.m. Aug. 7 at First Presbyterian, Wewoka, Okla. A community-wide service will be held at 3 p.m. at First Baptist, Wewoka.

‘PACE’ program launched, Christian education emphasized

Presbytery Approved Christian Educator (PACE), grew out of conversations with pastors within Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery as a complement to the educator certification available in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
