Dolly and Edouard storm impact

Tropical Storm Eduoard may have little impact in Louisiana and Texas, but July's Hurricane Dolly did cause significant flooding in the Rio Grande River Valley of Texas and Mexico.

Synod staff members hope to visit the Valley area in the coming weeks to help communicate what further assistance might be needed.

Early reports from General Presbyters Alan Cutter (South Louisiana) and Mike Cole (New Covenant) say that Eduoard is producing much wind and rain but little damage. End of story

Presbyterians are showing the Love of Christ to many families affected by Hurricane Dolly in the Valley, and there is much to do. To learn more see the Mission Presbytery and PDA websites.
