$2 million grant largest ever received by Austin Seminary

Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary is pleased to announce that as part of its $25 million centennial fundraising campaign, including the planned residence hall and parking structure, the John F. and Nancy Anderson House, it has secured a $2 million challenge grant from the J. E. and L. E. Mabee Foundation, Inc., of Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is the largest grant by a foundation or living donor in Austin Seminary's history. The largest grant from a foundation prior to this was a five-year, $1,563,641 grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc., for Austin Seminary's College of Pastoral Leaders.
